The table above presents the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) ranking
and the percentage of people employed in green jobs for each of the top 5 sustainably
developed countries. The data indicate variations in both SDG ranking and green job
employment across the countries.
Overall, the literature review provides insights into the role of green jobs in
promoting sustainable development and economic growth in Uzbekistan. By
synthesizing existing research findings and identifying knowledge gaps, this review
lays the foundation for empirical analysis and policy recommendations in
subsequent sections of the paper.
